Come enjoy our European inspired 4 bedroom stone house with
fireplaces in both the Living Room and
Dining Room. It features high timber ceilings in spacious rooms with
a gourmet Kitchen, exquisite
Bathrooms, large stone Patios and Decks. Sprawling lawns with
intimate views of the Shawangunks
surround it.
This is a wonderful home for enjoying family reunions, gathering of
friends, wedding nights or a
romantic getaway. It is a perfect meeting place for the Holidays.
Time can be spent cooking special
meals, dining by the fire, entertaining and creating great memories.
We can also recommend local
caterers who will come to the house with prepared meals.
The house is minutes from Mohonk and Minnewaska Preserve, where you
can easily enjoy world class
climbing, biking, running, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, hiking,
cross-country skiing, skate skiing,
and snowshoeing. Feel free to ask us about off the beaten track
adventures, including waterfalls,
remote cliffs, spectacular ridges with views of the Catskills and all
the hidden pristine natural
wonders.
Additionally being only 5 minutes from New Paltz, you can easily
enjoy all this college town has to
offer. There are multiple restaurants, bars, wineries, pool halls,
antiquing, cafes, shopping, yoga,
gyms, climbing gym, movie theater, local farm markets and orchards.
We can also direct you to local
Historic sights in the immediate area as well as the surrounding
Hudson Valley. If you have and
interest in botanicals, there is an expansive mature perennial garden
on site. We also can lead you
to our favorite public gardens.

Air Conditioning: central Air conditioning
WasherDryer. Linens Provided: Bed sheets, pillows, and pillow cases,
blankets, bath and hand towels,
wash cloths, and kitchen towels are provided. For weekly rentals we
can arrange for a midweek
cleaning and changing of sheets and towels. Please inquire for price.
Off Street Parking: Crushed
stone driveway from road to house. Wood Fireplace: 1 Full masonry
Rumford style fireplace in the
Living Room and 1 in the Dining Room.
Beds; Queen Bed: 1 in the Master Bedroom and 1 in the second
bedroom. Both bedrooms have views of
the cliffs. Double Bed: 3rd. and 4th bedroom. Twin Bed: in Den along
with a sleigh bed that is not
very large. Convertible Bed: We have an additional Full size air
mattress.
Entertainment CableTV: Standard cable service in Den. There is a
TV  in the in the Master Bedroom . There is 1 TV/DVD in 1 of the other bedrooms with basic channels. The other 2 bedrooms do not have TV.
CD Player Stereo System, Record player and Music Library: Full CD
selection-Spans many genres as well as records.
KitchenFull Kitchen: 36" Viking Refrigerator. Lacanche Range: 2 ovens
(one gas, one electric), 5 range burners (gas). Bosch dishwasher, toaster oven, Large Porcelain Farm Sink.
Cooking Utensils Provided.
Catering Available: We can offer recommendations for caterers (prices
through caterer)
Outdoor Features Gas BBQ Grill: on deck
There is a covered porch in the front of the house with a stone patio
and a wood deck in the back that wraps around the side of the house to
connect with the stone patio. We currently have 2 chaise chairs, 2 lounge chairs, a couch and a dining
table with chairs and sun umbrella for your outdoor entertaining.
View/Location Mountain View: Magnificent views of the Shawangunks.
Communications WiFi (Wireless Internet): There is no computer on
site. There is Wi Fi so bring your lap tops. Just plug in and you should receive internet service.
