This is an extra large 1st floor- 3 bedroom 3 full bath beach front condo with easy access to the beach. This huge 1750sft condo is tastefully decorated and is complete with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, all linens, towels. This is a 1st floor unit above the parking garage.

The gulf front master suite has access to the balcony and a huge picture window with a great view. It has a KING bed, tv/dvd and a large walk in closet. The master bedroom has an oversized private master bathroom, a double vanity, blow dryer, walk in shower and jacuzzi tub.

The 2nd suite has a KING bed, private front balcony, tv/dvd and private bathroom as well. The 3rd room has 2 FULL beds. Also has a tv/dvd combo. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom. The condo also has a fold out QUEEN sleeper sofa, TWIN sleeper, TV and DVD player in family room and each bedroom, full laundry room with washer/dryer.

All floors are tile including bedrooms - no carpets to deal with.

The beach is never crowded at Grandview with only 60 plus units in the building. The condo door has a key code so there are no keys to carry back and forth to the beach.  The shaded pool is small but gives you a break from the sun while you still enjoy the beach view from the cool water in the pool. Grandview has off street parking under the building and parking lot across the street.

The NEW international airport is a 15 minute drive, There are many watersport activities offered just out on the beach.
