This is an extra large 1st floor- 3 bedroom 3 full bath beach front condo with easy access to the beach. This huge 1750sft condo is tastefully decorated and is complete with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, all linens, towels. This is a 1st floor unit above the parking garage.

The gulf front master suite has access to the balcony and a huge picture window with a great view. It has a KING bed, tv/dvd and a large walk in closet. The master bedroom has an oversized private master bathroom, a double vanity, walk in shower and jacuzzi tub.

The 2nd suite has a KING bed, private front balcony, tv/dvd and private bathroom as well. The 3rd room has 2 FULL beds. Also has a tv/dvd combo. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom. The condo also has a fold out QUEEN sleeper sofa, TV and DVD player in family room and each bedroom, full laundry room with washer/dryer.

The beach is never crowded at Grandview with only 60 plus units in the building. The condo door has a key code so there are no keys to carry back and forth to the beach. Our condo has unobstructed panoramic view of the gorgeous coastline. Grandview has off street parking under the building and a private over flow parking lot across the street.

Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, it is within walking distance to the county pier, Pineapple Willy’s, Coyote Ugly, Pompano’s Seafood Restaurant, Walmart, Ripley’s Believe it or not and much more. Don’t forget a visit to Pier Park, only 4 miles from Grandview. Visit one of the 19 restaurants like Bootleg BBQ, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaretville, Seafood and Oyster bar + over 120 stores or the Grand Movie Theater for a relaxing day off the beach.

Our condo at Grandview East is directly on the beach and includes free beach services with a pair of padded lounge chairs and umbrella, free high speed wireless internet, fitness center and two pools. We have keyless entry, so there are no keys to keep up with while you are on the beach or at the pool! BBQ grills and beach volleyball next to the condo.

Parking passes required- We provide 2 passes with each rental. Extra parking passes can be purchased for $18 per vehicle.

For a day away from the beach, you can enjoy many family activities within 5 miles from the condo. Shops and restaurants are only minutes away from Grandview East, many within walking distance.

Ripleys Museum is just two blocks away. Pier Park 4 miles. Gulf World Marine Park, mini golf, and small water park, skate rink, arcade and bowling alley just minutes from the condo. The NEW international airport is a 15 minute drive, There are many watersport activities offered just out on the beach.

Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise, Zoo World, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Circus by the Sea, golf, winery. Many golf course within 5 miles from the condo.
