Beach Front 3 BR - 3 BA, Great View *sleeps 10* in Fort Walton Beach

We have a beautiful view of the gulf and beach from the kitchen, dining room and family room. Our unit is just above the grassy park area of the complex so it is more private and quiet than the units over the pool.

The condo is fully furnished with all the conveniences of home.  We have a full wall of windows that provide a great view of the beach and gulf from the kitchen, family room and dining room. This is the largest condo at Waters Edge with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths and our patio that is double the size of the inside condo units.

The master bedroom  is spacious with a private bathroom,  garden tub and seperate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has Full/Full bunk beds. In the family room, we have a queen sleeper sofa. Third bathroom is in the hall just off the kitchen.

Waters Edge condo is about 1 mile down the beach from Highway 98. We are close enough to the conveniences of restaurants and shopping but down just far enough to escape the crowed beaches.

We have a fully equipped kitchen, all linens included, towels and a washer and dryer in each unit and free high speed internet. 

The condo has a great open floor plan and spacious condo. It is a second floor end unit. We have two huge gulf side pools, an exercise room, lobby with vending, game room and covered parking, beach service and the white sandy beach. We are just minutes away from many restaurants and shopping centers.

We include free beach services with a pair of lounge chairs and umbrella (seasonal). We have keyless entry, so there are no keys to keep up with while you are on the beach or at the pool! This is a second floor condo conveniently located next to the stair and the elevator.

The Florida Gulfarium, always a hit with the kids, is less than 5 minutes away. It is next to the Boardwalk which features an ice cream parlor, a great kite shop, several steak and seafood restaurants, a playground and beach volleyball area. A putt putt golf course with an arcade is just down the street.

Fishing and diving charters can be booked at Brooks Bridge Marina located 1 mile from the Waters Edge.

BAR & GRILL: In warm months Holiday Inn, next door to Waters Edge, offer poolside dining and refreshments at Manatee's Outdoor Bar & Grill. Year around they feature Crab Island Cafe. Convenience store is one building down.
