Minor Holidays (three day weekends - President's Day, etc) - $275/night or $1,650 weekly rate
March 1, 2009 - March 31, 2009 - $250/night or $1,600 weekly rate
April 15, 2009 through October 31, 2009 - $150/night or $1000 weekly rate
2 night minimum with $100 cleaning fee. All taxes apply.
