Our condo is located on the top floor of Buffalo Lodge within the newest area of Keystone, River Run Village. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the gondola (150 yards), as well as the many restaurants, shops, and ski rental facilities. This luxury two bedroom, two bath condo is an ideal fit for couples or families with two to four children. The master and guest bedroom both
have a comfortable queen bed, while the sofa pulls out into a queen sized bed also. The private balcony provides stunning views of the Gore mountain range and surrounding areas. The heated parking located under the building allows for easy,no hassle parking.
The condo includes a full kitchen complete with all of the linens, utensils and amenities you might need. You can also enjoy the gas fireplace while watching TV or a movie in the living room. The dining room table will accomodate 6 people, and the kitchen bar stools will seat two more. Free WI-FI is included when you rent our condo. Don't pay $4.95 per hour or $9.95 per day when you
rent other condos. You will also have access to Buffalo Lodge's large recreation room with two pool tables, games, and bigscreen TV. Just outside the recreation room are two hot tubs. A heated pool and sauna are
located in the adjacent Dakota Lodge and are available for your use.
Keystone resort is one of Colorado's premier resort. It is about 70 miles down Interstate 70 from Denver International Airport. Keystone is a wonderful vacation getaway throughout the year. During the winter, Keystone offers
night skiing until 8:30 pm, which is included in the cost of your day pass. Other winter activities include tubing at Adventure Point, ice skating, hockey, snowmobiling, riding on a snowcat, sleigh rides, and the A51 terrain park for the adventurous. Don't forget about Summer and Fall in Keystone. You can enjoy mountain biking, hiking, boating at nearby Lake Dillon.

1. River Run Village has everything you need for a fun-filled vacation without having to drive
anywhere. It has ski rentals, specialty shops, restaurants, a world class ski school, and the
Keystone Children's Center for the little ones.
2. Keystone has the best and largest Night skiing operation in Colorado. Your lift ticket will
include skiing at Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin, as well as night skiing, so you can ski until
8:30 pm.
3. Adventure Point Tubing that is fun for adults and kids alike. At the top of mountain, you will
find many tubing lanes with varying difficulty. You can ride down in your tube by yourself or with a
group of friends or family by holding on to each others tubes. Then you can enjoy the ride back up
the hill on the tubing lift.
4. Ice skating/hockey is available in the Lakeside Village, which is a short shuttle ride away or a
short drive in your car.
5. Unique, mountain dining experiences at 11,444 feet. Sit back and enjoy the views of the mountains
as you ride the gondola up to the top of mountain.
--Aspenglow Stube is a fine dining experience in an intimate setting. Enjoy beautiful mountain views
while you have a 6 or 7 course meal.

6. Keystone has a world class ski school. Instructors will help beginners learn the basics. Advanced
skiers can perfect skills and move you to the next level.
7. A51 Terrain Park contains jumps, fun boxes, jibs, rails, half pipes and quarter pipes and other
constructed or natural terrain features. This is a great place to watch some amazing jumps or try
some yourself.
