Rental Rates:
Daily: $295 per night
Weekly: $1965 week. (Save $100!)
$500.00 security deposit required with
reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
All prices are subject to 11% Mendocino County Bed Tax.
Rates shown in US dollars.
Policies:
Two night minimum stay, 3 nights minimum over holiday weekends.
Weekends are considered to be Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun combination.
Sheets and towels are provided.
