Garden Townhouse Apartment on Upper West Side in Manhattan

This garden apartment, the entire first floor of a charming 1890's
brownstone townhouse is located on a lovely block in the highly
desirable West 80's residential neighborhood. With a police station
down the street, it may the safest block in a generally safe area.
The apartment is a spacious 700 sq. feet with sleeping accommodations
for 4- 6 people. It is well furnished with an attractive and
comfortable living room, combination Dining/Lounge and TV room with
easy access to the spacious garden/patio area. The equipped kitchen
includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster-oven and coffee maker. It
has 1 bathroom.

Sleeps 4-6 people:
Queen bed in sleeping area adjacent to the spacious, cozy
living room in the front of the
house. (sleeps 2)
Trundle bed in Lounge/TV room doubles as a couch for
relaxation and can be used as two twin beds, or put together to
create a queen bed. It is in the rear room of the apartment,
containing sliding doors to the garden, and adjacent to the
kitchen. (sleeps 2)
2 extra twin mattresses can be provided, upon advanced
arrangement.
A porta-crib can be provided, upon advanced arrangement, for
an additional charge.

Ample closet and drawer space is provided for clothing, etc.

Kitchen- is equipped with microwave, toaster-oven, dishwasher, as
well as all basic kitchen equipment and tableware.

Bed linens and towels are provided.

The apartment is a short walk from Central Park and Riverside Park,
as well as the Museum of Natural History and the Children's Museum of
Manhattan. It is a short walk to Zabars the self-described *Gourmet
Epicurean Emporium,* a popular destination for both visitors and
locals alike, with something appealing for everyone. The neighborhood
is alive day and night, and contains a wealth of restaurants for
every palate, as well as bars, playgrounds movies and shops.
Transportation is terrific -- close to two major subway lines, buses
traveling both east- west, and north-south, with easy access to all
the attractions on your itinerary, including the Metropolitan
Museum of Art, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Rockefeller Center,
Times Square and the theater district. Cabs are plentiful as well.
Just strolling the neighborhood and parks can be a particular
casual pleasure. Traveling to the sights of lower Manhattan is easy,
as well.

$1700 per week/$250 daily (rate is for 4 people, extra people:
$15/day charge pp.)

50% deposit required, via Paypal, with final payment made no later
than 2 weeks in advance of arrival. Full payment will be required if
reserved less than 2 weeks
from arrival date.

Full refund, less 3% Paypal charge, will be given if cancelled no
later than two weeks prior to reservation arrival date; 50% refund
will given if cancellation is no fewer than 10 days, in
advance of reservation arrival date; There will be no refund if
cancellation is less than ten days from reservation arrival day.
