11, so you can invite a few friends for dinner, play a good game of
cards or a board game.The master bedroom has a king size bed,
dresser, nightstands, television, and his and hers walk in
closets. The master bath has a separate shower, roman tub, and his
and her vanities. The second bedroom has a double bed, nightstand,
dresser with mirror and a private access to the 2nd
bathroom. This bedroom also has a large walk in closet. The third
bedroom has two twin size beds a dresser with mirror, nightstand and
large size closet.The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite
counter tops, new appliances, large pantry, desk,
and island. The fully stocked kitchen includes all utensils,
pots/pans, dishes, blender, microwave, toaster and more.
A separate laundry room includes a large utility sink, washer, dryer,
and storage space.The unit has paddle fans in every room for your
comfort. All linens are included.
Smoking and pets are prohibited.

This condo has private beach access, four pools, hot tub, tennis
courts, racquetkball/basketball
courts, gym, and gated access. The rental offers plenty of parking
and each unit has a private
garage.
