The unit is furnished with a double bed and queen size pull out bed.  The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, coffee maker, flatware,
dishes, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, bed & bath linen and much more.

Summer and holiday rates: $200 per night

If you wish to reserve this unit, a deposit of 20% of total balance and a $300.00 refundable security deposit.  This can be done through my Pay Pal account and the remaining balance to be paid in cash upon arrival or via Pay Pal prior to arrival date, along with an $80.00 cleaning fee. The security deposit will be refunded once the apartment and keys are returned in its original condition.
