vacation rental rates
If you would like to reserve this unit, you will need to deposit 20% of total balance and a $300.00 refundable security deposit. This can be done through my Pay Pal account and the remaining balance would be paid in cash upon arrival or via Pay Pal prior to arrival along with an $80.00 cleaning fee. The security deposit will be returned once the apartment and keys are returned in its original condition.
