overlooking the big garden. It also enjoys of a corner of the garden arranged with table and chairs
for the guests' relaxation. Strategically located at 15 min walk from the beach, local shops,
restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy. Public car parks are available along the roads nearby the block
bulding.

Easly reachable by local buses along the coast road, by train, or by car along the A12 motorway
Genova/LaSpezia (exit:Deiva Marina).

Deiva Marina is a small bathing resort in the province of La Spezia, is situated at the centre of a
stretch of breathaking scenery from Portofino the Gulf of Poets, precisely at the heart of
the "Monte Serro - Punta Mesco" spell of coast, a nature reserve of great natural and environmental
interest.

Tourists can enjoy a seaside break and can use this resort as a base for trips to surrounding areas
Trekking, fishing, sailing, windsurfing and other sports can all be practiced, while boats and
trains are at hand for enjoyable visits to the Cinque Terre and the Gulf of Tigullio.

June and Sept. : 800 Euros all included as above
July-August: 900 euros all included as above
October to March: 600 euros included water,electicity,gas, bed and bath linen. Heating not included

30 euros are requested aside for final cleanings
