This fantastic new home is located directly on the Roundabout run in Copper Mountain. The Roundabout run is a green/beginner run that leads right to the High Point lift, Union Station, and ski and ride school. This home is a short walk from the Copper village and offers unparalleled views of Copper and the Sky Chutes.

When you enter this home you are on the top level; down a half of a level is a magnificent living area with a floor to ceiling rock fireplace. Mounted above the fireplace is a large flat screen TV and surrounding it are two sofas and two chairs offering ample seating. Off of the living room is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with a gas range, wood paneled appliances, ample granite counter space, and all the equipment that you need. There is a bar area with seating for 6 and the dining area offers seating for 8 with magnificent views out it's surrounding windows. Also on this level is the main master bedroom offering a king bed, fireplace, TV, laundry facility, jacuzzi tub, and steam shower.

Down a half of a level is another master bedroom with a king bed, TV, sitting area, kitchen, private bathroom, and outdoor access. Also on this floor is a play room for the kids with a TV and DVD player.

Down another half of a level are two more master bedrooms; each offering a queen bed, TV, and en suite bathroom. Also on this level is the ski room, laundry room, and office.

On more level down you will find another master bedroom with a queen bed, a theatre room, and a wine cellar with a bar area.

On the bottom level is the family room offering a pool table, fireplace, TV, and kitchenette. Also on this level is the bunk room which features two bunk beds that are queen on bottom and queen on top. This room does offer a TV and attached to it is a full bathroom.

This stunning home offers too many amenities to list! Out the back is a hot tub and off of the deck is a BBQ grill. There is a 2 car garage and the backyard is the ski area which makes for a great sledding hill after the mountain closes! In the summer the ski hills are used as hiking and biking trails! Between the great amenities, the superb location, and the stunning views; this home makes the perfect setting for your next vacation!

The minimum age limit to rent 30. Guests under the age of 30 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

4x4 is highly recommended during any date that snow may occur.

Ski access is through the Roundabout Run which is a green or beginner run

Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $400 + tax that will be applied to your rental.

The refundable damage deposit is $1500.00 and will be collected in advance.
