important business trip or perhaps a romantic getaway!

3 Bedroom 3 Bath sleeps up to 5 comfortably. A split level
layout provides ample space for entertaining both inside and out. The
downstairs level features a full wet bar and dining area that separate
the fully equipped kitchen from the spacious living area, complete
with 50" HD Plasma television, DVD and Surround Sound system. The
upstairs level has two bedrooms with private baths. Downstairs
provides a third bedroom/office combination with a full bath just down
the hall.

The homes location, on a no-through street provides a quiet
haven while retaining a close proximity to all the major highways, two
major airports and to the areas fine shops, malls and restaurants, not
to mention miles of public beaches.

World class fishing charters and local guides can be
recommended. Scuba and snorkeling trips, Jet Ski and kayak rentals are
a phone call away so local waters, sand bars and islands can be
explored. Dolphins and manatees are often seen swimming by. You
haven't seen Miami until you've seen it by water.

Major golf and tennis attractions surround. Within walking

4 iPod ready (docks provided) inputs connect into the homes
audio system. You can choose any source to play throughout the home
and outdoor deck area with individual volume controls. Additional
television inputs are provided for (customer provided) game
consoles or HD Blue Ray, even inputs for your Mac or PC. There are
Standard Televisions in upstairs bedrooms, the downstairs Bedroom /
Office combination with iMac computer, Printer, Scanner and necessary cables.
Wired and Wireless Ultra High Speed Internet service is included.
There are 2 Wireless Stations fully covering the living area inside
and out. Wired Outlets are provided almost everywhere, even on the
exterior deck/patio. Perfect for streaming movies and music or
business trips where large files need to be exchanged. Avaya Phone
System and Intercom. One local and domestic long distance (including Canada)
phone line is included, with up to four available at additional cost. Expanded

we include weekly housekeeping services. A separate laundry
