Vacation Rental Description

Sunset Shores Resort offers luxurious two and three bedroom 
condominiums.  Each condo has a lake view, two full baths, a gas 
fireplace, a full kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, the 
upper floors have sizeable covered decks, and the ground floor condos 
have large patios. Every condo is beautifully furnished with all the 
comforts of home.

Cadillac is one of the hidden gems of Northern Michigan. A beautiful 
city on both Lake Cadillac and Lake Mitchell. Cadillac is only 45 
minutes from Lake Michigan and Traverse City, leaving you open to 
explore the wonderful attractions of both areas without spending your 
entire vacation fighting the traffic of these overly congested areas. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

We are located on the south shore of Lake Cadillac, right on the 
bicycle trail. Sunset Shores offers a private boat launch, boat 
docks, sandy beach, and a sandy play area. We are centrally located 
to 11 area golf courses. If you are wondering about winter activities 
Sunset Shores is only 15 minutes away from Caberfae Peaks, voted 
Michigan’s number one ski value by a Ski Magazine poll. We are just 
off of the Cadillac snowmobile trail system.  If that isn’t enough, 
in the Clubhouse we have an indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, and 
a steam room.

Activities and Attractions

Sunset Shores has lots of organized activities from barbeques and 
campfires to parasailing and float planes, even concerts on the 
beach. The time of year dictates exactly what is being done at the

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak season rates are $1250 per week plus 8% taxes. 
Off Peak rates are $1050 per week plus 8% taxes. 
Peak season runs from June 17, 2005 through Labor Day 2005.
