door water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, garbage disposal,
microwave, mini-stereo/CD player, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots
and pans, coffee pot, blender, and toaster amongst many other kitchen
necessities.
Laundry room includes a washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and
laundry basket,
The Living room offers a couch, love seat, accent tables, an
entertainment center with 36” TV and DVD player in a stylist palm
tree décor.
The balcony is accessed from the living room with patio furniture.

room/dinning room and bedrooms.
Ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms.
Towels and linens are included.
Included-local telephone service and cable TV in master bedroom and

The building has elevator access and a circular parking garage that

The building has a high-tech Security system for the lobby doors and

Prime months $2200/month all other months are negotiable!
$90 departure cleaning fee.
$100/per pet fee (nonrefundable).
12.5% State and County Real Estate Tax Fee for leases of 180 days or
less.
3 month minimum rental.
All short-term rentals require a $500 security and damage deposit
before the reservation is confirmed. Long-term rentals will require a
$1000 security and damage deposit. First month payment is due 30 days
prior to arrival and subsequent months are due 15 days in advance.
No refunds will be given for early departures. If reservation is
canceled security deposit will only be returned (less $50
administrative fee) if written cancellation notice has been received
90 days prior to arrival date.
