Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy relaxing at Harbour Village with all the many extras that this 
new luxurious condo has to offer you in a private gated community. 
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath beautifully decorated condo is located on the 
4th floor with views of the Halifax River, golf course and the ocean. 
This 1500 sq. ft. condo is located across the street from the ocean 
with public beach access within walking distance.

Master suite boasts a king size bed, armoire with TV and a walk-in 
closet. Master bathroom has a double vanity, tub and separate walk-in 
shower. The master bedroom has direct access to a 10x16 balcony. 

Second bedroom has two twin beds, dresser and a nightstand.

Second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. 

Completely equipped kitchen with side-by-side refrigerator with in 
door water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, garbage disposal, 
microwave, mini-stereo/CD player, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots 
and pans, coffee pot, blender, and toaster amongst many other kitchen 
necessities. 

Laundry room includes a washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and 
laundry basket,

The Living room offers a couch, love seat, accent tables, an 
entertainment center with 36” TV and DVD player in a stylist palm 
tree décor.

The balcony is accessed from the living room with patio furniture.
 
Tiled kitchen, hallway, bathrooms, and carpeting in living 
room/dinning room and bedrooms.

Ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms. 

Towels and linens are included.

Included-local telephone service and cable TV in master bedroom and 
living room.

The building has elevator access and a circular parking garage that 
allows you to drive up and park next to your unit on the same Floor.  
The building has a high-tech Security system for the lobby doors and 
village entry gates with video monitor displayed from your own TV. 
 
Smoking is permitted on the balcony.

An indoor and outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and a fully equipped, 
state of the art workout facility in your own building. You are 
surrounded by a 9 hole Par 3 golf course (free to residents), there 
are 5 lighted clay tennis courts, marina restaurant/grill, and a 
newly built beach clubhouse with pool located on the beautiful white-
sand beaches of Ponce Inlet.  Enjoy quiet time fishing on the private 
fishing pier on the Halifax River inter-coastal waterway just a short 
walk from your condo. NEW!!! Beach clubhouse including pool, exercise room, 
and direct beach access. 

Activities and Attractions

Tour the beautiful quiet residential town of Ponce Inlet; visit the 
historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, its waterfront restaurants and 
Marine Center by car, bike or boat.  Enjoy a night out on the Sun 
Cruz casino ship, charter a fishing boat or just enjoy a night of 
dinner and dancing at the many local restaurants.  Other local 
attractions are the Daytona 500, LPGA Golf Center, and the greyhound 
dog track or drive your car on the beaches of Daytona.  Kennedy Space 
Center and Orlando are just an hour away; enjoy Disney World, 
Universal Studios, Sea World and much more.

Vacation Rental Rates

Prime months $2200/month all other months are negotiable!
 
$90 departure cleaning fee.
 
$100 nonrefundable pet fee.
 
12.5% State and County Real Estate Tax Fee for leases of 180 days or 
less.
 
3 month minimum rental.

All short-term rentals require a $500 security and damage deposit 
before the reservation is confirmed. Long-term rentals will require a 
$1000 security and damage deposit. First month payment is due 30 days 
prior to arrival and subsequent months are due 15 days in advance. 
 
No refunds will be given for early departures. If reservation is 
canceled security deposit will only be returned (less $50 
administrative fee) if written cancellation notice has been received 
90 days prior to arrival date.
