You are within walking distance to bus lines, the Fremont Troll, the water, houseboats and Ballard. The house has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, office with futon for two more guests, 1 and 1/2 baths, living room with fireplace and french doors leading out to the three level deck, garden and hot tub. Back deck also has a full outdoor kitchenette with grill. Parking is free and off street, there is TV, wireless internet and washer/dryer. Perfect for family getaways, big groups or a romantic gift for two. The house has a 6 person maximum occupancy. $230 a night plus tax for 1-4 people, $10 a night for each additional guest up to 6. The deposit is your first night's stay plus a $5 processing fee and $50 cleaning deposit.
