Walk to the lifts at Mount Snow from this newly renovated loft style condo (900 square feet) with 2 full baths at Snow Tree (Willows Building). Sleeps 4 - 1 Queen Size Bed in Loft, 1 Queen Size Leather Sofa Bed in Living Room. There is a desk and office chair in the loft where you can plug-in for faster downloads when using the internet. The main level has brand new bamboo flooring, new stainless appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave), new cherry cabinets and new countertop in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, breakfast bar with stools, etc. The bathroom on the main level has a full bath (with new glass enclosure), new stackable washer/dryer, and tile flooring. There is a full bath located in the loft on the second floor. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. Bed (includes goose down comforters) and bath linens and alarm clocks are also provided. The dining table seats four people and opens to a larger size. There is a fireplace in the living room and firewood wood is provided for free. A new slider leads out to a balcony that overlooks a stream and wooded area. Watch the snow falling outside while sipping hot cocoa in front of the fireplace. Don't worry about having to clean the snow off your car and shuttle your kids to and from the mountain... It is approximately a 5 minute walk to the lifts and is faster than driving and parking in the upper lots! This modern unit contains new furniture, board games, CD player, Cable TV, VCR & DVD player and a wireless internet connection (one of the only units with internet access in the Snowtree complex). Children welcome. No Pets or Smoking allowed.

11/28/2009 Torchlight Parade & Fireworks with Santa & Mrs. Claus - A Holiday Tradition at Mount Snow. Join us as our Mount Snow Ski & Snowboard School staff descends the ski trail Canyon in a beautiful torchlight glow. Immediately following we'll light up the sky with a huge fireworks display. Santa & Mrs. Claus will take a break from the North Pole, arrive via our West Dover Fire Department Ladder Truck and take pictures and listen to your children's Christmas wishes. 

The festivities start at 5:30pm. The best place to watch is between the Clocktower and the Cape House. 

Santa & Mrs. Claus will be inside near the fireplace immediately following our fireworks show!

12/13/2009 Youth Pay Their Age Day - Mount Snow is the original home to the Youth Pay Their Age Day Promotion! Our first of three Youth Pay Their Age Day* Promotions. It's pretty simple really. If your child is 13 years old their lift ticket price for the day is $13!

12/27/2009 Kids Grommet Jam - Mount Snow's famous Grommet Jam Series is back in 09/10. We open up the competition season at Mount Snow with the first of three Grommet Jam events for our 12 and under skiers and riders. This event series is a great way for kids to get out and learn a few things from our coaches and ski school instructors. 

Coaches and instructors from our Training Center and Ski & Snowboard School will help out our little jibbers in our Grommet park at Carinthia in the morning and after a lunch break (not included) we'll have a fun park competition with an awards ceremony to immediately follow. 

This year registration for this popular event has been increased to 70 youngsters and will also be available for pre-registration online. 

Prizes and raffle for both parents and kids immediately follow at the Carinthia Base Lodge. 

Look for pre-registration details soon. The Grommet Jam Events Sell Out every year so ensure your child a spot by registering online.

The following rental rates are quoted in US dollars for the Spring/Summer/Fall season (4/1/09 - 10/31/09):

$550/WEEK
$850/MONTH (All Utilities Included)

2009/2010 Winter Ski Season Rates:

Weekends (Friday and Saturday) $250/Night

Holidays: $300/Night

Weekdays (Sunday - Thursday) $150/Night - Three Night Minimum Stay

**This condo is not available for monthly rental during the winter ski season.

All rentals require deposit of 50% immediately and balance paid one week before occupancy. There is an additional fee of $50 for cleaning. A $500 refundable damage deposit is required prior to occupancy. Bank Checks and money orders are preferred. Personal checks take the longest and will have to be cleared prior to occupancy. Rates include state tax and set up of bed and bath linens.
