Walk to the lifts at Mount Snow from this newly renovated loft style condo (900 square feet) with 2 full baths at Snow Tree (Willows Building). Sleeps 4 - 1 Queen Size Bed in Loft, 1 Queen Size Leather Sofa Bed in Living Room. There is a desk and office chair in the loft where you can plug-in for faster downloads when using the internet. The main level has brand new bamboo flooring, new stainless appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave), new cherry cabinets and new countertop in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, breakfast bar with stools, etc. The bathroom on the main level has a full bath (with new glass enclosure), new stackable washer/dryer, and tile flooring. There is a full bath located in the loft on the second floor. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. Bed (includes goose down comforters) and bath linens and alarm clocks are also provided. The dining table seats four people and opens to a larger size. There is a fireplace in the living room and firewood wood is provided for free. A new slider leads out to a balcony that overlooks a stream and wooded area. Watch the snow falling outside while sipping hot cocoa in front of the fireplace. Don't worry about having to clean the snow off your car and shuttle your kids to and from the mountain... It is approximately a 5 minute walk to the lifts and is faster than driving and parking in the upper lots! This modern unit contains new furniture, board games, CD player, Cable TV, VCR & DVD player and a wireless internet connection (one of the only units with internet access in the Snowtree complex). Children welcome. No Pets or Smoking allowed.

NEW 6 PACK BUBBLE CHAIR LIFT IN 2011/2012

WEST DOVER (March 5, 2011) – Mount Snow has announced that it has accepted a bid to replace the Summit Local triple chair lift with a new Leitner Poma high-speed detachable six-passenger bubble chairlift. The “six pack” chairlift will be the first of its kind on the East coast and demonstrates Mount Snow’s commitment to providing the best experience possible for their guests.

The six pack lift will have a ride time of just seven minutes, reducing the ride time of the current lift by nearly half. The new lift’s bubble chairs look like conventional chairlifts but have a plastic shield, or bubble, that encloses the chair. Bubble chairs provide shelter from inclement weather and the convenience of ski-on, ski-off loading and unloading. Unlike a gondola, skiers and snowboarders keep their equipment on, get on the chair as they would a conventional chairlift, and then pull the bubble down around them.

Short Term Rental Fee for the Spring/Summer/Fall 2011: 

$800/month (2 to 6 month stay) - Heat, Cable TV, and Internet Included 

$900/month (1 month stay) - All Utilities, Cable TV, and Internet Included 

Seasonal Winter Rental for November 2011 - April 2012: 

$8500 (Cable TV & Internet Included) 

Yearly Rental: $1000/month (Cable TV & Internet Included) 

All rentals require deposit of 50% immediately and balance paid one week before occupancy. There is an additional fee of $50 for cleaning. A $500 refundable damage deposit is required prior to occupancy. Bank checks and money orders are preferred. Personal checks take the longest and will have to be cleared prior to occupancy. Rates include taxes and set up of bed and bath linens.
