Enjoy a wonderful August 2013 vacation on one of the most beautiful lakes in the country.
This lakefront home is on the secluded, east side of the lake. It sits on one of the best locations on Lake Coeur d'Alene with expansive views looking up the lake.
Nestled in the trees, this home has 100' of waterfront. The water is a few short steps from the home -- no need to climb down a hill.
High cathedral windows show off the activities and beauty of the lake. A spacious front deck spans the length of the home. It is great for taking in the beautiful view, enjoying a lovely meal and glass of wine and watching the Ospreys dive for fish. Barbecue, too.
Two kayaks and plenty of water toys come with the rental. Fire pit for nightly campfires. Large dock for your boat, fishing and swimming.
Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds and 1 room with two twin beds) and a loft with trundle bed. Can sleep 6 comfortably.
Bathrooms: There are 2 baths: 1 bathroom with shower and 1 half bath.
Kitchen: Fully furnished with tableware, pots, coffee machine, etc. The kitchen table seats 6. The patio table seats 6. Two refrigerators.
Living Room: Couch, two comfortable chairs, and TV and DVD.
Linens and beach towels furnished.

Weekly Rates: $1995 AUGUST or September RENTAL ONLY
Deposit: $500 to reserve
Deposit information:
$500.00 deposit must be paid by within 72 hours of of booking.
$400.00 of the deposit is refundable in no less than 20 days
following your last nights stay.
$100.00 of your deposit is non-refundable due to cleaning and garbage removal.
Cancellation policy:
The booking fee/deposit of $500.00 is non-refundable from the booking
if you choose to cancel. All rents are non-refundable 30 days prior to stay.
