Lovely home in the west valley of Phoenix. Peaceful and quiet, with a
view of the
mountains out the front window and sparkling pool out the back.
Greenbelt behind the
home. Master bedroom has a king size bed and very large master bath.
There are two
bedrooms and a computer area on the second floor. We had two bedrooms
made into one very
large bedroom for a guest suite. The bedroom has a King size bed.

The other bedroom has a trundle bed.The living room has a sleeper/sofa that sleeps two. Very cozy family room
with a media niche,
TV, stereo, CD player and DVD player. Surround sound throughout the
home and on the
covered patio. Second patio is not covered. Misters around the patio.
Pool has in-floor
cleaning system, two woks water feature and a basketball sleeve for
the active ones.
Fans in all rooms. Utility room has a newer Whirlpool washer and
dryer
on pedestals.
Water softener and R/O water system. The kitchen is fully equipped with
everything that
you might need to cook that gourmet meal, unless, of coarse, you
would
rather go to one
of the many fine restaurants in the area. We have the best location
around.
We had the garage was extended
4 feet, so that a pickup or SUV could fit in the garage, and we have
a garage door opener and service door. We had this
home built 6 years ago for our retirement and did 40,000 in upgrades
and just this Oct.
we had the whole house repainted in designer colors and all the
carpeting cleaned. Our
home is very open and light, with over 20 foot ceilings in some areas
of the home.

This is a non smoking home . Smoking in the home will cause you to lose your 500.00 deposit.

I love our Location!We are only 1.4 miles to the I10 and less than
4 miles to the 101 or the 303

Golf, Golf, and more Golf. There are several golf courses within
minutes from our home.
Wild Life World Zoo and Aquarium is just minutes from our home.The aquarium is a recent addition to the park.

There is a very large park, with a walking trail and a dog area, huge
fish pond, ball
fields, and only 5 minutes from our location. Our community park has
basketball and a
small park for children, with a play area. Hiking trails near the
white mountains is
about 20 minutes away. A great dinner theater just 15 minutes away in
Peoria and we can vouch for the shows and the food. Shopping in
Peoria
at the Arrowhead Mall or just drive down Bell road for more shopping.

Half of rent and deposits due at time of reservation and the other

Taxes to the city of Avondale are 2.50% and are due before check-in
Cancellation Policy: All deposits and payments are refundable,
provided a 60 day notice is given or dates are re-booked.
