The Ritz Carlton and other fine dining venues are minutes away in the opposite direction.
You will love the 17x 28 ft Studio's airy layout with its 16 ft ceiling reminding you of a NY city loft ."Our Place in St Thomas" was custom designed and lovingly built by your host, Joseph. His wife, Billye,will have the bar in the dining area stocked with delicious complimentary continental breakfast foods as well as coffee and tea. The custom designed, hand crafted bar also houses a small refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and microwave.
The sleeping area has an elegant, queen size bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the Living Room
area. Our Place" is ideal for a couple or a small family. Quality linens and once a week cleaning
service will be provided.
The shower/bathroom is beautifully appointed with brass fixtures and hand painted walls. Luxurious
bath and beach towels will be stored for you.
Your 15 x 30 ft private terrace is so large it becomes an outdoor living room. You will enjoy the beautiful ocean view as you lounge on the comfortable chairs or relax in the large Jacuzzi. At night marvel at the stars.
Billye and Joe, your host, will be glad to act as your personal concierge service.
