microwave, coffee-maker, blender, toaster.  Cable TV, VCR, DVD.   
Dinnerware, cookware, flatware, washer/dryer, off street parking,  
exterior shower.  Non-smoking unit and no pets permitted.

Corson's Inlet State Park within walking distance for bird santuary,
