Welcome to Lasirena complex. We are located south on 307, just a little over an hour south of
Mexico's Cancun Airport on the Yucatan penninsula, on the beach of the Mayan Riviera... Lasirena # 4
is a first floor, beachfront condominium in Akumal, Mexico ( about 35 minutes south of Playa Del
Carmen and just 15 minutes north of the Tulum ruins area. Located just 2 kilometers off 307, we are
nestled at the end of the main road by Yalku Lagoon.

The condominium space has a master bedroom,with kingsize bed, floor to ceiling closets (safe
equipped) for storage of personal items, masterbath, (fresh linens supplied),as well as a guest
bedroom, kingsize bed, full closet (safe equipped) for storage of personal items, guest bath (fresh
linens supplied), as well as quest bedroom patio(outside) for tea, breakfast or just to relax.
Lasirena #4 has a full kitchen/ cooking stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and
filters and all the utensils, pots and pans for family meal preparation. You can snack sitting at
the bar or eat dinner in a more formal setting in the dining area. The living area is a great
conversation area and supplies a beautiful, floor to ceiling view of the beach. The back patio is
great for reading a good book or simply taking an afternoon (hammock) nap. Just a few steps away are
comfortable lounge chairs,"palapas" for shade, our beautiful man made sand beach, stunning coral
formation and the seabreezes of the beautiful "Mayan Riviera".
