Rates include up to 4 guests - Additional guests $16.65 per night.
ALL rates subject to $125. cleaning and Association Fee plus 11% sales tax.
Above rates are based on 4 people.
- Fifth or sixth person is an additional $15 per person, per day, plus taxes.
- Minimum Rental Period 7 Nights, Saturday to Saturday.
- $300 deposit is payable at reservation.
- Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- A valid credit card is required prior to arrival in lieu of a security deposit. No payment will not be processed, unless there are expenses related to damage, rental extensions, excessive cleaning or laundry.
- $300 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival are nonrefundable unless the unit is rebooked for the same time period.
- Reservations which are not paid in full 60 days prior to arrival will be cancelled.
- Must be 25 years or older in order to rent.

- Check in Saturday after 3PM; check out Saturday before 10AM
