$ 750/Week June 6, 2009 - December 18, 2009
$1,450/Week December 19, 2009 - January 22, 2010
$1,685/Week January 23, 2010 - April 23, 2010

• Above rates are based on 4 people.
• Fifth or sixth person is an additional $15 per person, per day, plus taxes.
• Minimum Rental Period 7 Nights, Saturday to Saturday.
• $300 deposit is payable at reservation.
• Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
• A valid credit card is required prior to arrival in lieu of a security deposit. No payment will not be processed, unless there are expenses related to damage, rental extensions, excessive cleaning or laundry.
• $300 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
• Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival are nonrefundable unless the unit is rebooked for the same time period.
• Reservations which are not paid in full 60 days prior to arrival will be cancelled.
• Must be 25 years or older in order to rent.

• Check in Saturday after 3PM; check out Saturday before 10AM
