Cozy Home with Hot Tub and European Charm! in Sunriver

Our European-style home has three bedrooms, two full baths, with hot tub, beautiful wood-burning fireplace, WI-FI, fully equipped kitchen (even a fondue pot and stove-top espresso maker!), European down comforters, cozy robes, adult and kid's bikes (9), and many extras.  A NEW deck, hot tub and King bed were added September 2011!

The location is excellent - on a quiet cul-de-sac in easy walking distance to the mall, golf course, lodge, river and airport. This house is very family-friendly with lots of games, foosball table, high chair, and crib. But it's also the perfect cabin for a romantic get-away.

Our cozy home sleeps a maximum of 10 in beds (1 king, 1 queen bed, six bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa) with a bunkroom that the kids will love! We have recently updated the house with all new large and small appliances, beds, bedding, towels, furniture, three TV/DVD's, and new decorations with a distinctly European feel.  During the summer months, our guests will enjoy **8** pool and tennis passes which allow unlimited access to the pools and tennis courts.

Sunriver has 30 miles of bike trails, two community pools, golf, hiking, cross-country skiing and only 25 minutes from Mt. Bachelor (great fun in the summer and winter!).

Fall/Spring: $175/night (pay for two nights, get one night free)
Ski Season: $195/night (Dec. 15-April 15)
Summer: $225/night (June 15-Labor Day)
Holidays: $250/night
Cleaning fee: $100 (one time fee)
