Panoramic Lake MI views in Silver Lake

This lovely cottage is located atop a dune offering a fantastic view of Lake Michigan. A paved road
leads to the cottage with only 4 steps to the door. A four minute walk(quarter mile) or drive will
get you to our private beach. We are located a mile North of Stony Lake off Scenic Drive. This clean
bright cottage has two bedrooms plus a loft, living room, kitchen and dining area combination as
well as a large deck. Renters often comment on the quietness, the scenic view, how they've enjoyed
their stay. Our maximum occupancy is 6. No pets allowed. Non-smoking inside the cottage.

Amenities: We have a well equipped kitchen with all cooking and serving items supplied, We have
basic cable during the summer months, antenna TV fall and spring, with VCR and DVD, gas grill, and a
fire pit. Our beds include two doubles and two singles. Fans are provided for each bedroom. Bed
linens are available for a $25 charge; towels are not provided. Activities: Spend days on the beach;
you can walk for miles along the shore. Watch the boat traffic, both pleasure boats and freighters
pass by daily. WIRELESS INTERNET IS AVAILABLE!

Golf the many area courses, hike the woods, bike the Hart-Montague trail, fish the lakes and
streams, swim in Lake Michigan, Stony, or Silver Lake. Enjoy the area restaurants. Area: We are
located 30 minutes from Ludington to the North or Michigan Adventure to the South. Pentwater is only
a 20 minute drive as are Whitehall and Montague. A prime kite boarding area is only 9 miles away at
the Little Point Sauble Lighthouse.

$1100* per week July and August, $900 per week in June,
September and October. Closed for winter, December through March.
Fall and Spring weekend getaway $225 for one couple (3 days, 2 nights.) Six people for $275.
Refundable security/cleaning/damage deposit $150.
Cancellation Policy: We will refund all but the deposit if we are able to re-rent for your time
period.
