Casa Luna - 3-bedroom home with large pool in Puerto Morelos

Casa Luna is a beautiful private 3-bedroom home, perfect for 2 or 3
couples or a small family. It is a gated home enclosed behind a wall. 

This home is designed for comfort. The spacious living and dining area has a high beamed ceiling. Each of the two bedrooms has a separate large bathroom. One bedroom has a double (full) bed and the other has two twin beds.

The garden guestroom is separate from the main house, located across the pool area; it has two twin beds. This guestroom has a half bath which includes a dry composting toilet.

Ceiling fans, portable fans, and/or air conditioning is in every room.

The garden/courtyard has large swimming pool surrounded by a wrap-
around veranda with hammocks and deck chairs. An outside shower is perfect
for return from the beach.

Two bicycles are located in the garage and guests are welcome to use
them.

The entire home and veranda is wheelchair accessible.

Our home is located within easy walking distance of the town square
with many shops and restaurants. We are a block and a half from the beach.

**Very reasonable rates: $250 per night; 5 night minimum stay; 2 week maximum stay. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. 6 persons are the absolute maximum; we cannot accept a party of more than 6 persons.

Maid service is not included in weekly rentals, only for rentals longer than 7 days. If you would like someone to come while you are here, please let us know so it can be arranged in advance.

Rates for 2012-13 season: December through April: $250 per night. 
5 night minimum, 2 weeks maximum stay. 50% deposit required to hold the reservation. 6 persons maximum.
