Our South Venice vacation home lets you capture a piece of paradise.

these contemporary furnished quarters. It sits amid a quiet
residential neighborhood with access to
the Private Beach ? 1,300 feet of sandy beach along the Gulf of
Mexico ? accessible by the South
Venice Ferry only available to South Venice residents. Walk to the
ferry in 15 - 20 minutes or take
your car and then hop across the Intra-Coastal Waterway (ICW) on the
ferry.
You will fall in love with this house as I did when I first saw it ?
in short you will DIG IT:
- Palm trees
- Fruit trees such as oranges and pink grapefruit in your backyard
? close proximity to the beaches ? most area beaches are accessible
by car within 5 - 20 minutes
- Schnooky loves the fenced in backyard as she is able to get her
exercise ?patrolling the fence for
squirrels and birds?
- Excellent base to explore the Florida Sun Coast with all it has to
offer: Arts, Beaches, Boating,
Birding, Digging for Sharks Teeth, Golf and Tennis, State Parks and
Shopping (Please note: This list
is only exemplary and not limited to the items listed.)
The house features a cathedral ceiling, with open space living /
dining area. As such it makes for a
comfortable vacation destination. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets
which provide for ample storage
space. The bathrooms are connected to the bedrooms and one comes
with
tub and sink while the other
one comes with a spacious shower and sink.
For the enjoyment of the outside space, a deck and hot tub are part
of the property.
Needless to say, the house is turnkey-equipped: kitchen appliances
