 ... Built in 2004, Cape Cod Northwest is on of a kind! It is the
perfect beach house for a family reunion or gathering of friends,
comfortably sleeping 16 and offering ample parking. It is situated so
you can watch the sunset from any room of the house, or from the 1800
square foot deck. You are less than 200 steps from the beach access
path, which opens onto a secluded section of the Oregon coast. Nearby
floodlights illuminate the surf at night, so the view is always
spectacular. A 7-person hot tub sits on the lower deck so you can
enjoy both surf and stars in the evenings.
     Tastefully decorated, Cape Cod Northwest offers a fully-equipped
gourmet kitchen with stone countertops and a farm table that can
easily seat 12. The in-floor heating, deluxe pillow-top mattresses, 51
inch hi-def satellite TV, and Nantucket-style ambiance make this home
memorable and unique. The Great Room and kitchen each have a wall of
windows which overlook the ocean. A Recreation Room with its own TV
and mini-kitchen can be found on the lower level.
     This home offers spacious accommodations (3100 square feet). On the
lower lever, there are two king bedroom suites w/private baths, plus a
queen futon and queen sleep sofa. Another king master suite with
luxurious shower is on the main level. On the 3rd level you will find
another full bath with a large dorm-style room containing 4 twin beds.
From the dorm room, double doors open onto a cozy queen bed alcove.
Every one of the king and queen bedrooms has an ocean view!

Thanksgiving and Christmas; school holidays - 3 night minimum

Cleaning Fee - $185; REFUNDABLE Security Deposit - $500
