Livingroom has a queen-size sofabed, a TV. The 1st bedroom has a
queen size bed, a TV and a ceiling fan.
2nd bedroom has a bunker bed, 3rd bedroom has a twin size bed and
a ceiling fan.
Full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, washer & dryer. 3 window-
unit air conditioners, 2 TV sets & dvd player,  ironing board, beach tags & 1 car garage parking.
Tenants must bring their own bed linens (one queen bed, one
bunker bed, one twin bed, one queen-size sofabed) and towels. Beach
tags will be provided in Summer, but must be returned prior to
departure for use by next tenants. We rent to families only. Sorry
no pets and no smoking allowed.
The building has an attractive outlook, a memory of historic
ocean city, newly renovated with a garage, a fireplace, new
appliances in kitchen.  Sit and relax in the large 5x22 foot porch! Or BBQ!
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, check-in 2:00 p.m. and check-
out 10:00 a.m.

Walking distance to boardwalk, beach, amusements, restaurants,
grocery store, music pier, churches, bicycle rentals, movie
theaters. One block to grocery store, in the center of everything!
