The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood on a private golf
club, and is ultra private. Huge backyard to enjoy our weather,
located on the 17th green at Alta Mesa Golf Club. Has a lagoon style
pool and jacuzzi , sandy beach with seashells and palapa, 6 hole putting green with park light including putters and golf balls, gas BBQ and outdoor dinning areas, many seating areas and 2 story covered patio.  There are 25 lights outdoors, set on timers, to illluminate the property after dark.

Downstairs is the living room with 48" TV, dinning room seats 8,
fully functional kitchen, breakfast area seats 6, 4 at table and 2 at
counter, family room has fireplace and 60" TV w/HD cable, full
bath and laundry room.
Upstairs are the Master Suite with private bath with jacuzzi tub, massage chair,walk in closet, 50" TV and access to upstairs covered patio (great view
of golf course), one guest bedroom has trundle bed and bunk beds
(sleeps 4), the other guest room has full bed (sleeps 2), full guest
bath, the 4th bedroom/loft has a  bar with refridgerator, darts, casino poker table w/chips, and access to upstairs covered patio.  ADDITIONAL PHOTOS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

On the property there is swimming, putting, sand castle buiding, and 
a bar to hang out in with poker table and darts, or enjoy a massage in the state of the art leather massage chair.  Tee times are available through the owner on the private course, Alta Mesa Golf Club.  It is a short walk down to the Alta Mesa GC Clubhouse Bar and Grille where dinning memberships are available. Professional golf lessons available within walking distance down 18th fairway. Property is within walking distance of grocery store, video store, dinner theatre and restaraunts.

In Mesa/East Valley, fine eateries are minutes away, Superstition
Springs Mall is 5 miles, and downtown Mesa has antique and specialty
shops only 10 minutes away. Downtown Mesa also has an outdoor
sculpture garden, the new Mesa Arts Center, and a museum. Within 30
minutes there are 2 lakes where there is canoeing, boating,
waterskiiing, fishing, lake cruises, and restaraunts. The
Superstition Mountains are 15 minutes, and have horseback riding, and
many hiking and biking trails. There are many golf courses, and a
public tennis facility minutes away. There are also 2 casinos in the
area.
Metro Phoenix has everything! All major professional sports; NFL,NBA
and the All Star Break this year, MLB and spring training facilities
hosting 10 MLB teams, PGA and LPGA tournaments, NASCAR, Car and Boat
Drag Racing, horse and dog tracks and casinos. Hundreds of resort
and public golf courses. Some of the numerous shopping highlights
would be Chandler Fashion Mall, Scottsdale Fashion Mall, The Borgata
in Scottsdale and Old Town Scottsdale. In Tempe you'll find the
Tempe Town Lake, Mill Ave, and the Phoenix Zoo. Both Tempe and
Scottsdale have fun nightlife. Downtown Phoenix has many cultural
venues such as theaters and museums, as well as fun nightlife.
Everywhere is easily accessed by freeway, which is only 3 miles from
property.
Take a day trip to Sedona and do a jeep tour, hike, shop or dine, see
the Grand Canyon via train from Williams, or go snow skiing at either
Show Low or Flagstaff, approx 3 hours away.
