enjoying the gulf breeze. Beautiful 2-mile beach is just accross
the street to enjoy both long
morning walks and magnificent sunsets.

Unit has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms nicely appointed as can
be seen in the attached photos. Modern kitchen and living room
provide a restful retreat after an active day enjoying all
the local natural attractions. Unit has full range of appliances
including dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker,
clothes washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have king size beds, living
room has a pull out couch for additional sleeping accomodation.

Unit is surrounded by private boat slips and is perfect for fishing
or just lounging. Private pool,
Jacuzzi and Tennis Courts are available for recreation. Trolley
service runs past the front of the
community entrance and provides convenient transportation along the
local gulf coast region. Enjoy
the many State Parks nearby showcasing a myriad of wildlife in the
form of manitees, dolphins, turtles and numerous bird species.

June through September:
$2,500 per month

October thtough May:
$3,300 per month

$1,250 security deposit required, refundable (7) days after stay is
completed upon satisfactory
review of premises less $75 cleaning charge.

Balance of rental is due no later than ten days prior to requested
stay. Full refund of all
deposits if we are notified more than ten days prior stay. If
cancellation occurs within the final
ten days, we retain $1,250 as a cancellation/rebooking charge.
