Vacation Rental Description

Luxurious 5 bedroom villa occupying a magnificent hilltop location in English Harbour.

This beautiful home boasts one of the most spectacular panoramic views in Antigua 
perched high above the Antigua Yacht Club Marina.  While offering its guest complete 
privacy & seclusion, all the amenities of English Harbour are within easy walking distance. 
Turn right out the main gates and it's a 3 minute walk to one of Antigua's most beautiful 
beaches. Turn left and it's a short walk to the restaurants, shops, bars and sports facilities 
of Falmouth Harbour and Nelson's Dockyard. 

Harbour Hill is exquisitely furnished in an exotic mixture of Asian and New England styles. 
From the spacious open-plan reception rooms, seven sets of french doors open onto the 
broad verandas that surround the house. 

On the main level there are three spacious double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms 
and a single bedroom with a separate bathroom. The master bedroom suite also has a 
dressing room and private balcony. A separate studio apartment consisting of a double 
bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace is situated on a separate level with private 
access. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and most have ceiling fans.  

Harbour Hill sits in one and a half acres of beautifully landscaped private gardens with 
lawns mature trees and a breathtaking array of tropical plants. There is a large pool with 
jaccuzzi.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped American kitchen including double size cooking range, 2 fridges, dishwasher, 
microwave, blender, coffemaker etc.

CableTV, DVD, Bose sound system, Sony playstation, Internet (bring your own laptop).

BBQ

Maid service 5 days per week.

Activities and Attractions

Walking distance to: beach, diving, boat charter, sport fishing. tennis, squash, spa, 
restaurants, bars & clubs. Short drive to horse riding and golf.

Vacation Rental Rates

Low season (May 16th - November 30th) prices range from $8000-$9000 pw depending on 
number of guests.

High Season (December 1st - May 15th) prices range from $11000-$12000 pw depending on 
number of guests.

Significant price reductions for stays in excess of 1 week. 

Special rates apply during Christmas, New Year and Antigua Sailing week. 

All rates include maid service 5 days per week.
