Harbour Hill - Magnificent Villa with Stunning Sea Views in Antigua

Harbour Hill is an exclusive vacation property situated high on a hilltop above the Antigua Yacht Club Marina in Falmouth Harbour.

The house has 6 spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests in perfect comfort. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and many have ceiling fans. 2 bedrooms have garden views and 4 have spectacular harbour & sea views.

The house is tastefully furnished in an exotic mixture of Asian and New England styles. There is a large open-plan reception area and a large bright kitchen. From the kitchen and reception area, french doors lead out to the pool and panoramic terraces where you can enjoy one of the most breathtaking views in the Caribbean. There is a large gas BBQ and several dining areas.

 ‘The pavilion’ building houses an air-conditioned gym and work space.

Harbour Hill sits in 1.5 acres of beautifully landscaped private gardens with a large pool and ample parking for several cars. Remote controlled electric gates and the location ensure complete privacy and security.

Outside the gates, the amenities of English Harbour incl. one of Antigua's most beautiful beaches are all within easy walking distance.

Fully equipped American kitchen including double size cooking range,  US fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffemaker etc.

For entertainment we have a telescope, satellite TV, a Bose sound system, Wi-Fi (bring your own laptop) and a library of books, board games, CDs & DVDs.

There is maid service 5 days/week incl. laundry.

In the south east corner of the island lies the beautiful area of English Harbour which as well as being a protected national park boasting stunning beaches, the unique Nelson’s Dockyard and breathtaking Shirley Heights, is the home of some of the islands best restaurants, recreational facilities and liveliest nightlife.

During the sailing season between December and May it’s also home to some of the world’s most exclusive yachts. The sailing season kicks off in December with the Nicholson’s boat show and culminates in April with two major yachting events: The Classic Yacht Regatta and Antigua Sailing Week. Whether you are a keen sailor or just want to sit back and admire the boats, at Harbour Hill it’s all at your feet.

Turn right out of Harbour Hill's main gates and it's a 2 minute walk to one of Antigua's most beautiful beaches. Turn left and it's a short walk to the restaurants, shops, bars and sports facilities of Falmouth Harbour and Nelson's Dockyard.

Low season (May 16th - November 30th) prices range from $6500-$7000 pw depending on
number of guests.
High Season (December 1st - May 15th) prices range from $9000-$10000 pw depending on
number of guests.
