with a very roomy loft upstairs. Open floorplan with a great patio
and firepit for enjoying the beautiful Silver Lake sunsets! Our
cottage is located on Hunters Creek giving you access to Silver Lake
for your fishing boat or PWC.
Built in 2008 this cottage is clean and everything in it is brand
new.
With a quiet setting, little to no traffic, and lots to do just down
the street you'll find this is one of the area's finest rental
opportunities.

-We provide Bed linens!!
-Don't forget blankets, pillows, and towels. (bring extras for the
beach!)

-association may assess nominal fee for guest pool use

Association Pool and playground area along with Craig's Cruisers,
restaurants, Silver Lake and all the action are less than 3 blocks
away!

Offseason (May 1st-May 20 and after Labor Day): $800/week
Prime Time (June, July, August): $1,000/week
$50 cleaning fee not inlcluded
$300 refundable security deposit and a $250 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit
is all it takes to reserve your family vacation!
Both deposits will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled within
30 days of arrival.
We will promptly refund your security deposit upon completetion of a
favorable inspection of the premises.
Reservations are on a first come first save basis.
Smoking prohibited inside the property, due to allergy security
deposit will not be returned.
