Located a short ferry ride from either Seattle or Tacoma, Vashon Waterfront feels a world away and has something for everyone:

Walk along the shoreline and enjoy the use of the private beach with 80 feet of waterfront. Rent a kayak from Quartermaster Harbor or hike a variety of trails amongst the ferns and firs. Enjoy the many art galleries, restaurants, and shops while taking in the sights on rural Vashon Island.

Vashon Waterfront Escape is a lovely space for the holidays, retreats or a romantic weekend escape. Situated on Outer Quartermaster Harbor in Dockton, Vashon Waterfront is tranquil and quiet with a breathtaking 180-degree view. The western exposure chases shadows away on sunny afternoons. Whatever the occasion, Vashon Waterfront will ensure a rejuvenating experience on the island.

*Lower floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, wood stove and additional washer/dryer and kitchen

* A wonderful wrap around deck
* All linens and towels supplied
* Drive right up to the house with parking for 2 vehicles
* Private beach

We offer our guests a choice.  You can rent the upper part of the house, 3 bedrooms and 1 & 1.75 baths for $175/night winter rate and $250/night summer rate.  If you prefer, you can rent the entire house for $225/night winter rate and $300/night summer rate.  The remainder of the home includes an additional 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, additional kitchen and living room with wood stove.

A two-night minimum is required

Winter rate (October through April) - $175/night for partial home, $225/night for full home or $1050/week for partial home, $1200/week for the full home.

 
Summer rate (May through September) - $250/night for partial home or $300/night for full home,  or $1200/week for partial home and $1500/week for full home.

 
$300 refundable damage deposit and signed rental agreement holds your reservation.

A fee of $100 will be assessed if reservations are cancelled less than a month prior to  arrival date. Half of the reservation fee will be assessed for reservations cancelled two weeks or less
prior to arrival.
