condo is fully equiped with all the comforts of home.
Walk for miles along the beach! Just a 30 minute walk (or 8 minute drive) to the
charming town of Bucerias.
Huge Megamart just minutes away. New Walmart also nearby.
Relax and swim in the 2 infinity pools, or enjoy the beach pool and many cabanas on the beach.

Our condo is on the 2nd floor just steps from the beach. It has 3
balconies with oceanview, off
master bedroom, livingroom and 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom has
kingsize bed, 2nd bedroom has queen
size bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. Three full baths. Kitchen
fully equiped, dishes, cooking
utensils, microwave, coffe maker, toaster, blender. Linens
provided. 32" flat screen television,no cable at this time,
DVD player, a stereo with an IPOD hook-up. Fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in
all rooms. All three balconies are furnished. Use of both pools. A large cooler with wheels to take to pool or beach. Electric BBQ pit for grilling on balcony.

courses nearby. Swimming with dolphins adventure and Zip-Line tours available. New complex with 24 hour security gaurd both at the entrance and along the beachfront. Security checks everyone ID before entry, no public access, very safe.
