Holiday $5,775/wk, $825/day (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)

September/October  - $4,410/wk, $640/day 

Peak Season : December 13, 2011/2012 - April 18, 2011/2012
Non-Holiday  $6,930/wk, $990/day 
Holiday         $7,770/wk, $1,110/day (Christmas, New Year's, Presidents Week)                                                                             

* There is a 4 night minimum stay. Holiday weeks will be a 6 night minimum stay.
* The villa has a maximum capacity of 12 guests. For stays with more than 10 guests will be and additional $55 per guest per day.
* Weddings & Events add 30% to above rates. 

Procedure to Reserve Villa

• A $500.00 Deposit is required to reserve dates.
• 50% of balance is due upon receipt of written agreement. For reservations 1 year in advance terms apply.
• Payment in full due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Payment - Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

A Refundable Security Damage Deposit Is Also Required:

• Up to 8 Guests - $750
• 9 to 12 Guests/Guests With Children- $1,000
• Weddings/Events - $1,300
