Vacation Rental Rates

Rates 2008
January, April - December: $ 100 per day
Febr - Mar: $ 4,200/mo ( $ 8,000 for 2 months )

cleaning $100 $
optional: 25 $ for guest card to use club utilities as free towels 
for the beach, free use of the gym and tennis courts, cheaper green 
fees
Deposit :To reserve the condo: one third of the total rent or 300 $  
         whichever is greater. This is a non refundable deposit.
Final payment: At least one month prior to arrival
 Cancellation: No refund if less than 1 month prior to rental
