Ruffin It in West Jefferson

This cabin has it all! Sitting on top of 2.8 acres, Ruffin It cabin
is in a very private location
with nothing but silence around you. Enjoy the long range mountain
views from the screened in porch
or the oversized deck.
Buck Mountain also has a fishing pond, ATV trails (you bring your own
ATV), hiking, and an outdoor
pavilion with BBQ grills.
Area attractions include: Scott Kerr Dam Lake - 8 miles away, skiing
in Boone - 20 minutes away and
Merlefest and Applefest in Wilkesboro, only 8 miles away! Tweetsie
Railroad is approximately 35
miles away from this cabin and if you want to get to the Blue Ridge
Parkway, you'll only have to
drive 7 miles north on 421 to hop on! Some of our favorite
restaurants are in West Jefferson which
is only 15 miles from the cabin. And don't forget the local wine
vineyards! There are 5 beautiful vineyards off of 421 including our
favorite, Ralfadini.
Don't worry about steep curvy roads! This cabin is very easy to get
to, driving only 8 miles west of
Wilkesboro NC or 15 miles east of Boone NC off of Hwy 421. For those
coming from Charlotte, our
cabin is only an hour and a half away.
Ruffin It cabin is really not ruffin it! It is extremely comfortable
with all the amenities from
home including broadband internet. The cabin inside is constructed in
beautiful tongue and groove
yellow pine and has been furnished and equipped with everything you
need for a great vacation. The
pottery, pictures and knickknacks all go together to give you a
very "homey" feeling. You will love
this cabin!
