lovely house located in a small hamlet in forio d'ischia.perfectly
restored,the house is on two levels overlooking the blue sea and the
top of the volcano. Its spacious living/dining room perfectly
equipped with antique painted furnitures and its fireplace opens to
a great mediterrean garden with lemon trees,flowers and orange
trees,which invite you to have sunbaths as well as a
simply reading under the umbrella.Its charming wooden floor patio
invites you to have a rexing bbq or a romantic dinner "al fresco".A
small ,equipped kitchen and another small living room,nicely painted
with frescos of the island , fireplace and a sofa/bed(french bed)
complete the first floor.A wooden stair leads you to the second
floor where are three bedrooms (2queen +1 twin),three bathrooms,each
of them with shower and a laundry room.Two bedrooms open to a
spacious terrace overlooking the sea and the garden where is a stair
leads you to another terrace (covering)not equipped.Several rooms
have terracotta-tiles and each wooden door is painted with different
colours as well as its windows painted with a ligth purple very
original and funny.the property is 5 minutes walking away from
supermarkets and bars ; 25 minutes walking away from harbour of
forio. a little slope (150 metres)leads to the entrance of the
house.parking nearest.
