about 850 square feet. Roughly one mile from the Jetties - - the perfect spot to watch a storm or the sunset as well as walk, picnic, and fish. About two miles from the fishing pier near Sharky's, a local hot spot. One mile from downtown Venice and all its amenities. And kitty corner across the street from the public beach (with an historic, architect-designed pavillion) and from the county beach. The beach is right out your door without the congestion of the parking lot traffic - - it's an
ideal location. Plus, its elevation puts you right in line with a great view of the water. Shopping and entertainment is close by and convenient. Covered parking spot is a huge perk during storms or hot sun.

Lanai is glassed-in and has a dead bolt lock on the door so it is safe to sleep on the queen-sized sofa there - - very comfortably!
Large sleeper sofa in living room that is queen-sized if pulled out but twin-sized if cushions are removed. Super-comfortable sleeping!

Clubhouse has full kitchen and entertaining space w bathrooms. Near the pool and shuffleboard courts.
Elevator: But unit is on first floor so elevator is not needed unless visiting other residents.

Venice is known as the shark tooth capital of the world. People gather on Venice area beaches to find
sharks teeth; they lie on their stomachs in the sand digging for them. The town of Venice is quaint and
has all sorts of community activies including a gazebo in the park for concerts and entertainment; it
has a fountain for kids to play in. Lots of shopping, antiques, and hospital close by.
