This new second floor unit of Sunrise Beach has a secured lobby and
elevator from which you enter a private vestibule and the elegant
foyer. This Ocean City condo's regal 30-foot oceanfront great room
with 9-foot ceilings, custom media center, gas fireplace and
panoramic view; two balconies with views of the ocean and bay;
chef's kitchen with granite counter tops, Kitchen Aid appliances and
ocean-facing breakfast bar; and three bedrooms and three baths
comfortably accommodates up to 10 people along with several
toddlers. The master bedroom in our Ocean City condo has a queen
bed, walk-in closet, cable TV VCR/DVD and Juliet Morning Balcony and
its own bath with jacuzzi, separate shower and dual vanities. The
second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, large closet, cable flat screen
LCD TV, and full-size bathroom; and the third bedroom has two twin
beds, cable flat screen LCD TV and bath. There is also a Queen-size
pullout sofa bed and two roll-away beds (new and very comfy). There
are also ceiling fans in every room and a complete laundry room with
a utility sink. The condo is exquisitely furnished with Thomasville
furniture in creams, browns, and greens with a touch of red
to complete the decor.
