Casa Mariposas- Private, secluded Villa in Isla Mujeres

Casa de Mariposas is one of the most private quiet, colorful, vacation
villas on the tranquil island of Isla Mujeres. We are located on an
almost unknown quiet road off the busy main loop towards the south end
of the Island.
The villa sits on a hill overlooking the Carribean sea, and has two
main bedrooms with private bathrooms and two double sofabeds in the
living room. It easily sleeps six but is most suitable for two couples.
The main bedrooms are on the ground floor,adjacent to the the salt
water pool, and the upper floor has two open air dining terraces,
spacious living room, guest bathroom, kitchen, and a very private
roof-top terrace with a mayan wood shaded pergola. There are ceiling
fans in all major rooms, gentle breezes from the cooling Caribbean
sea, and 3 mini split air conditioners for ultimate comfort(optional
for low season).
The villa enjoys wonderful views of sunrise over the Caribbean sea and
sunset over the Cancun skyline.
Great attention to detail has been paid throughout the villa in order
to make it a peaceful quiet get-away. The decor is cool and calming
and there are original artworks, scented candles, and fine English
linens to enhance the romantic mood.

The villa has Full kitchen with oven and stove,refrigerator/freezer,
microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, crockery,
and cutlery for six.
There are 2 televisions, two DVD players, DVD library, and Stereo
CD/Radio/MP3 system with CD's.
Also for your use is a Hammock , fine linens, all towels provided,
weekly maid service (additional on request - additional cost), chef
(available on request - additional cost), hand made soaps and
toiletries in all bathrooms.
The location is idyllic and is only minutes from the amenities of
ecologically sound Garrafon Reef Park, fine dining at fine restaurants
and the luxuries of the World class Casa De Los Suenos Spa. You will
be close to the beach club at Playa Indios with it's fine sandy beach
and water sport facilities and only a couple of minutes walk from the
excellent snorkelling at Garrafon De Castille.
The villa is a detached private residence, not part of a condo complex
and offers excellent privacy for independent travelers to enjoy this
laid back, scenic and largely unspoiled island.
Casa De Mariposas is the perfect spot for a private, quiet, relaxing
Island vacation.

Daily rate(3 day minimum) $250 Night.

High Season 2010(Jan, Feb, March) $1400/wk**

Spring/Summer season 2010(April 2-e Dec 17, 2010) .. $1000/week.
