This spectacular new villa is a direct gulf-front villa only 50
steps from the beach! The villa has a large verandah and spectacular
gulf views. You can enjoy incredible sunsets from the living room,
verandah or sitting area in the master bedroom. It is a new
beachfront 4-story building (April 2007) with fantastic Gulf views.
With over 2,100 sq. ft. of living area and designer furnishings in
the style of Ralph Lauren, the villa is fully equipped from full
kitchen to bedding, linens and four flat screen TVs and DVD players.
The villa offers a spacious living room/dining room area and three
private bedrooms with carpeted floors. In addition, there are two
swimming pools.
The living area is tiled with large area rugs in the living room and
dining room. The living room has direct access to the verandah and a
tremendous gulf-front view. The dining room is furnished with a
large round table with four swivel rocker chairs, an additional bar
area with swivel bar stools and three bar stools at the kitchen
counter providing seating for nine persons. The living room has a
large sectional with recliner, chaise and two occasional chairs for
additional seating.
This beautifully decorated villa has 3 large bedrooms providing
sleeping for eight guests. The master bedroom has a King bed, private
bath with bathtub and separate shower as well as a 32" LCD TV & DVD
player. The second bedroom has two Queen beds, LCD TV and DVD
player. The third bedroom has two twin beds & LCD TV/DVD player.
Each bedroom has fresh linens and towels.
The kitchen has granite countertops with plenty of counter space for
cooking, spacious cabinets and double door refrigerator with built-in
ice maker. In addition, there is a state-of-the-art stove,
microwave, dishwasher, disposal and dual sinks. The kitchen is fully
stocked including dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware.

Disney is a 2 1/2 short hours away for a day or overnight trip!
Busch Gardens in Tampa is an hour away. Key West is also only a few
short hours away by car or boat on a local charter service. The
central west coast location gives you a great location to venture to
a multitude of Florida state parks and other attractions. The Gulf
of Mexico is fantastic with everything it has to offer, restaurants,
shopping, many excellent golf courses and fishing charters. Local
fishing in the area is great! There are many marinas where you can
charter a boat to take you out in the Gulf for a variety of local
fish! There are several golf courses in the immediate area, perfect
for the avid golfer. The North Port/Port Charlotte, Venice area also
have many great restaurants for all tastes.

Manasota Key is a barrier island located off the southern Gulf Coast
across from Englewood and 15 miles south of Sarasota. The island is
accessible by one of two bridges; one in Sarasota County and one in
Charlotte County. Once on Manasota Key, visitors are enchanted with
this island with no high rise buildings, no traffic lights and no
crowds.A two-lane road runs the length of the island with pristine
beaches. The Sarasota County part of the island is completely
residential, and the Charlotte County side is residential with a few
businesses. The far south end of Manasota Key is a state park and
wildlife sanctuary. This pristine island is covered with lush,
tropical foliage and has a large variety of activities. Manasota
Beach has 14 acres of white sand beach and sand dunes, special areas
with picnic tables, fire pits, boardwalks and bathhouse facilities.
Blind Pass Beach is ideal for swimming, fishing and has a nature
trail for hiking. This area is known for its excellent game fishing
and has a docking area for boats on the Intracoastal Waterway. In
