and just five minutes South of La Jolla Village in a private
residential Town home with an awesome Ocean View, is an ideal
vacation spot.

This completely remodeled and professionally decorated 2 bedroom Town home
offers location to the beach and quiet nights, and affords a
comfortable, "live-in" feel for vacationers. The unit is truly
designed to be home-away from home that makes a vacation truly
special. The Bedrooms have queen beds that sleeps two and foldout
couch that can sleep two additional in the upstairs.

Linens are completely furnished. This is a perfect place for a
family. The owners live close to the unit and are avid surfers so
special requests for surf boards or beach gear can be accommodated.

* No Smoking

* Payment Options:  Visa/Mastercard/Paypal/Personal/Business  Check/Cashiers Check/Money Order

* Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during Peak Season (June thru 1st week in September)

* Check-in after 2:00pm.  Check out by 10:00am

* A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental rate.

* Security Deposit of $500 is refundable shortly after departure if key is returned and premises left in acceptable condition.

* Information such as obtaining keys and whom to call for assistance will be sent after receipt of Rental Payment.

* Rates include maid service on Departure.

The Town home comes complete with 2 full baths, Bedrooms with queen
sized beds, dressers, cable television and wireless internet access.
Custom granite counter tops in the open Family Kitchen is set up with
a coffee/tea maker, kitchen utensils, dishes, Pots-n-Pans, full
linens, built-in Laundry, and outdoor Bar-B-Que.

Please make special requests for the beach items, surf boards, etc.
you might require.

$220 per night (4 night minimum) or $1,700per week (Saturday to
Saturday during Peak Season) plus 10.5% Tax
