Great Rates with everything included (State and Local Taxes, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee etc.) plus a $250 returnable breakage/security deposit (longer term deposit varies).

Check-in/Check-out normally from Saturday to Saturday.

The full rental fee is due no later than 60 days before arrival date. A security deposit is required to reserve your dates.

For rentals made within 60 days before arrival the full rental including security deposit is required to finalize your reservation.

For a 2 week stay: $750 per week + $250 returnable deposit            

December 14, 2013 - April 26 2014                                                                                  

For a 2 week stay: $1050 per week + $250 returnable deposit
