size bed, and a third bedroom with a full size bed, a large living
room with beamed ceiling opens into the kitchen area. Kitchen is
fully equipped including dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a sun room
which is also a dining room. Outside the front door is a beautiful
sun deck great for just relaxing in the sun. The house has
central air and heat. Washer and dryer facilities are in the car
port.

beaches. 118 Gulfview is located on mid-island making it accessible
to restaurants, grocery store, entertainment, and miles of beaches.
Trolley service is available at the end of the street for sight
seeing and getting around the island. The house is located in a
residential area with public beach access only four houses away.
