Our three bedroom, two bathroom condo has been recently updated to
fit the Seawoods life style. It has been professionally decorated in
a cheerful muted nautical theme that is both attractive and
relaxing. Our ground floor corner unit has at least one window in
each room to brighten your stay and there isn't a single step that
you will need to climb. The 1450 sq feet of living space allows you
to 'stretch out' and feel right at home. It's someplace you won't
want to leave.
Our condo,which sleeps up to six people comfortably, comes fully
furnished with everything you will need during your stay. Kitchen,
bath, and bed articles are generously provided and laundry facilities
are in-unit. Parking is at your front door.
The large master bedroom and private bath contain a queen size bed
and corner windows while the remaining two bedrooms share a full
bath. The middle bedroom contains a queen size sofa sleeper and a
wall-side desk and bookcase unit while the third bedroom contains two
single beds. The main living area is complimented by french doors
leading to the bedrooms. The main living area and the master bedroom
both have access to a four-season patio. Three TV's. two DVD players, and
radio with cassette/disc player are provided.  Internet access is included.
My wife and I have been building contractors/rental property owners
for over 30 years in Michigan. We pride ourselves in providing first

Seawoods is the premier resort community on the island. Its winding
trails thru its 50+ acres of exquisitley landscaped dunes provide a
