Vacation Rental Description

Floridamax Villa is located on the spacious prestige development of 
Tuscan Ridge. It is a luxurious fully air conditioned home. 

The Villa has its own South facing private pool with integrated hot 
spa tub set in an extended deck area. 

The pool is surrounded by a very large landscaped garden planted with 
numerous Palm Trees and shrubs for added privacy. At the rear of the 
Villa is a retention area with extensive uninterrupted views 

Vacation Rental Amenities

* The Villa is set on a very large corner lot. Garden areas are 
planted with a variety of palm trees. 

* A private South facing fully screened swimming pool with Spa is 
set into a spacious extended deck area. 

* All doors and windows to the pool are alarmed for the safety of 
young children. 

* The Villa has been built with many executive upgrades and is 
furnished to an exacting standard. 

* The Villa is fully air conditioned throughout and has 4 bedrooms 
(2 masters with en-suite) plus 2 further double rooms and a queen 
size sleeper sofa provides sleeping for a maximum of 10 adults. 
Three full size bathrooms are provided. 

* Home entertainment provided includes..... a large remote control 
Panasonic flat screen TV with a matching DVD player, Computer system 
with fast internet, X Box game system, Sony Play Station 2, 
additional TV’s in all the bedrooms, 2 DVD Players, video player, 
Stereo system, Games room with full size Pool table, Air Hockey, 
Darts, additional Sony PS2 with gaming chairs

* WiFi is available for the use of guests with Laptop computers.

* Use of the Villa large gas grill BBQ is included free of charge

* Patio furniture with pading

* A fire proof safe is provided for the free use of guests

* Floridamax Villa is within 15 minutes of Walt Disney World resort, 
several championship golf clubs, a host of shops, bars, restaurants 
and Orlando’s premier attractions.

* Greg Norman’s Champions Gate Golf Course and Highlands Reserve are 
under 5 minutes drive with another six top rated golf courses 
nearby. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season from $130 per night
Mid season from $144 per night
High season from $166 per night
Christmas/Easter from $181 per night

Price includes all fees,Florida State Taxes, full air conditioning, 
full use of all the Villa services and facilities including Computer 
with free DSL Broadband internet + WiFi for laptop users, Large Gas 
Grill BBQ, fully equipped games room with full size Pool table, 
air hockey, Sony PS2 with gaming chairs. A Free welcome grocery pack 
is provided.Pool and spa heating is $28 per night if required and we 
offer a full range of additional extras and services to make your stay 
at the Villa as enjoyable as possible.
