miles to Lake Havasu and approximately 3 and a half miles to Lake
Havasu Village.

Rates

$1300 Monthly.  Available November thru
April.(This includes up to $100 in utilities. The rentee is
resposible for
anything over this amount)

Rental Policies

* Payment Options: Check
* Montly Rental Deposit: Half due when reservation is made.
Balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
* Refundable Security Deposit: $500 due when second installment of
rental fee is paid. Additional monthly payment schedule will be
determined prior to arrival between rentees and owner.
* Cleaning Fee: $90 will be due with the last months payment and
non-refundable
* Security deposits will be refunded after property has been
cleaned and inspected. Deductions will be made for lost and/or
damaged items. You will be notified of additional charges due for
loss and/or damage prior to deduction from your security deposit.
Refund check will be mailed.
* No smoking indoors.
* Small pets are allowed with an additional non-refundable deposit
of $200 for carpet cleaning, due at same time of last months rent and
$90 cleaning deposit.
