Our beautiful, quaint, guest home is 800 square feet and perfect for
that well-deserved getaway! You get to enjoy a private living room
with a beautiful fireplace, computer w/high-speed internet, fully
stocked kitchen, one bedroom with a gorgeous Queen-size Bed and
pillow top mattress, one full bathroom with ceramic tile flooring
and
a marble countertop , full-size washer & dryer and a private garage
with a remote control opener. WE WILL EMAIL MORE PHOTOS!
You can stroll outside into the backyard through sliding glass doors
to a private patio seating area and enjoy the view of "photo one"
above (the pool and waterfall)! This Guest-House also backs to
a "greenbelt" or park. The greenbelt has a walking path for
strolling
the beautiful neighborhood, biking, rollerblading, etc. You can also
walk to lakes with great entertainment and restaurants in this
private community. You can enjoy the sounds of all the birds and the
4-foot rock waterfall into the large swimming pool! The guest house
is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is near several golf courses,
just one mile from the new Chandler Fashion Mall, hiking, dining,
and
many other local attractions.
We are located in Chandler just south of 15 minutes south of
Scottsdale!! A 20-minute drive and you can get basically anywhere in
the Phoenix Metro area!! We are also a ten-minute drive to Arizona
State University in Tempe. We are a resort town and offer many
activities with beautiful scenery. Some of the best golf courses,
resorts, and restaurants are literally at your fingertips. Hiking
and
rollerblading are popular in addition to golf, shopping, and
culinary
delights.
The Grand Canyon is only a four-hour drive; Sedona is two hours
away.
Flagstaff is only a two-and-one-half hour drive and sometimes you
can
ski in the winter. A two-hour drive south will take you to Tucson;
three hours will have you shopping in Mexico. All make for easy day
or weekend trips. In addition, Las Vegas and San Diego are short
flights or about five hours by car. There is so much to do - no
matter what your interests are, you will find it here!

We are just one mile from the Chandler Fashion mall that is
surrounded by restaurants. 10 minutes to Mill Street in Tempe, 15
minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, 20 minutes from Phoenix Airport.
It is all here!! We have great restaurants walking distance from
the home on a Lake!!
This guesthouse is very quiet on cul de sac and has all sound-
deadening insulation. We have never had any noise compliants so you
don't have to worry about that. You get to enjoy the tropical
backyard yourself and walk the beautiful walking paths behind the
property! Just like your home away from home!

Security Deposit of $250; refundable if no damages done to property
or excessivecleaning. Cleaning Fee of $75 is non refundable. Three-
Night Minimum.50% of Rental Fees due at booking; 50% due 30 days
prior to arrival.Cancellation Policy: All Deposits/Payments non
refundable unless given 30 daysnotice or dates are rebooked.
